Copyright Policy

The International Journal for Research in Biology & Pharmacy (IJRBP) follows a copyright model in which authors retain ownership of their published work. Publication in the journal does not involve transfer of copyright to the publisher. Authors remain the lawful copyright holders of their articles.

Authors may use and share their published work in any format or medium, provided that the original source of publication in IJRBP is properly acknowledged.

Authors are entitled to:

  • Hold and exercise any patent rights arising from the published research

  • Reuse the article, including figures and tables, in later academic or professional work

  • Distribute copies of the article in print or electronic form

  • Deposit the work in personal, institutional, or subject-based repositories

  • Share and circulate the article internationally without requesting further permission

Author Responsibilities

Submission of a manuscript confirms that the authors:

  • Present original work that has not been published or submitted elsewhere

  • Have not included plagiarized or improperly attributed material

  • Do not violate copyright, ownership, or personal rights of others

  • Provide content that is accurate and free from unlawful or misleading statements

  • Have each made a meaningful contribution and are entitled to authorship

Responsibility for the content of the article rests entirely with the author(s).

Journal Rights

The publisher may take appropriate editorial action if ethical or legal concerns arise. This includes issuing corrections, removing content, or retracting articles where plagiarism, copyright infringement, or serious misconduct is confirmed.
