Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Before submitting a manuscript to this journal, the author must ensure that his research meets ethical obligations:

  • Research must be conducted ethically and with professional responsibility.

  • All legal requirements must be followed, and sources must be properly acknowledged.

  • Required permissions must be obtained when using case materials or identifiable data.

  • Any error affecting the interpretation of findings must be reported promptly for correction or withdrawal.

Basis of Evaluation

During review, manuscripts are examined for:

  • Contribution of new knowledge to the field
  • Soundness of experimental or analytical methods
  • Clear definition of objectives and research questions
  • Reliability of results and justification of conclusions
  • Consistency with the journal’s aims and submission requirements

Revisions may be requested when issues related to structure or presentation are identified, even if the study itself is suitable for publication.

Manuscript Preparation

Green Publication allows authors the flexibility to prepare their article with ease. We recommend authors to use the formatting as simply as possible. So they can follow these guidelines before preparing the article:

  • Use A4-sized paper with normal margins.
  • Use the font type Times New Roman
  • Font size: 10 with single line spacing
  • Keep the figures and tables in the centre.
  • USE APA STYLE FOR REFERENCE

Authors should prepare manuscripts in a clear and organised manner. A typical submission includes:

  1. A title that accurately reflects the content
  2. Abstract summarizing the purpose, approach, and main findings
  3. Introduction outlining background and study objectives
  4. Materials and methods are described in sufficient detail for replication
  5. Results presented clearly without interpretation
  6. Discussion and/or Conclusion explaining findings in relation to existing work
  7. Tables and Figures that are relevant, clearly labeled, and cited
  8. References that are complete and correctly formatted
  9. Statistical methods must be appropriate and clearly explained.
  10. Language Requirements

Submissions must be written in clear academic English. Authors are expected to ensure readability and correctness before submission. Where language issues affect understanding, the editorial office may recommend professional editing prior to further consideration.

Authorship Policy

Authorship must reflect genuine scholarly contribution. Any request to add or remove an author, whether before or after publication, must be supported by a written explanation and consent from all authors. If agreement is not reached, editorial handling of the manuscript will be paused until the matter is resolved.

Editorial Decisions

After consideration of reviewer reports, the editor may issue one of the following decisions:

  • Acceptance
  • Acceptance subject to minor revision
  • Invitation for major revision
  • Rejection
  • The final decision on publication rests with the Editor-in-Chief.
  • Confidentiality and Disclosure

All submitted manuscripts are treated as confidential. Authors must declare any financial or personal relationships that could influence the interpretation of their work.
